Our Trustees
Beryl - Acting Chair of Trustees
Beryl has been a trustee since 2014. She took on the Acting Chair role in March 2026. She sits on the HR and Finance Sub-Committee, as well as the Foodbank Development Sub-Committee.
Now, happily retired from her role in career education and guidance and workforce development, she volunteers in St Andrew’s Foodbank and Pantry. She enjoys lunching with the ladies and helping out with the grandchildren.
Martin - Treasurer
Martin has been a trustee since 2025, and fulfils the role of Treasurer with the organisation. He sits on the Finance Sub-Committee, as well as supporting the CEO and Finance Lead with the daily functions of the finances.
Martin has 15 years experience in accounting roles in not-for -profit, privately owned and private equity backed organisations. He lives in North Wales with his wife, and is an expectant Dad.
Pauline - HR Lead Trustee
Pauline has been a trustee since 2022, and fulfils the role of HR Lead and Chair of the HR Sub-Committee.
Pauline has worked in the NHS for many years and is a qualified Human Resources professional.
Will - Trustee
Will is Vicar of St Andrew’s Church, Clubmoor. As a trustee since 2023, he brings significant experience across the VCFSE and church sectors, alongside a strong track record of creative, community-rooted leadership.
Will is particularly valued for his strategic insight, thoughtful judgement, and ability to connect vision with practical action. He is passionate about seeing faith expressed in ways that strengthen communities, build dignity, and contribute to lasting social impact.
Chris - Trustee
Chris has been a trustee since 2025. He brings extensive experience in social policy, poverty reduction, and pastoral care. Chris is a member of the Foodbank Development Sub-Committee.
Chris is particularly valued for his analytical insight, strategic thinking, and deep commitment to dignity and fairness. His perspective helps shape the Network’s work in ways that are both locally grounded and connected to wider movements for change.
Andy - Trustee
Andy enjoyed a 34 year career in education beginning as a maths teacher and finishing as CEO of Mosaic MAT. He served as chair of trustees of the Network for ten years before stepping down in early 2026.
Andy will formerly cease being a trustee in August 2026 in order to focus on work with two other charities, and his ongoing executive coaching work.
As an Everton fan he is familiar with trusting that hope ultimately triumphs over adversity.
Michelle - Trustee
Michelle has lived in the Clubmoor area for most of her life.
Working in a busy NHS Orthopaedic Orthotic Department for many years she learnt to listen, support and care for staff and patients.
In her retirement she started to volunteer for the Network, helping with admin and reception duties and became a trustee in 2017.
